I just picked up a couple of these at MEC and tested em out today they seem to be the cats meow just activated one and they heat up well...
the only thing is they do not last a long time just over an hour would be good when your cold and want to warm up your hands or other body parts...

I got two from Lee Valley but the liquid is clear, harder to find if you drop them in the snow cause they kinda look like ice when hard.

the price is right and I will get a few more their easy to recharge but I found I need to keep them at boil for a couple min more then I have no problems with them being recharged...

The ones I picked up were Green gotta keep up the camo color theme you know LOL...
