;52 Well I had a hankering for bannock just as I was going to sleep so this morning I just had to make some up here is my recipe that I used..

2 cups flour
1 heaping tsp of baking powder
1/4 ts salt
water: enough to make a stiff batter that can be handled

put it in a Teflon pan on low heat turning over often till done time anywhere from 10 min to 20 min depending on heat

I don't cut bannock I like to brake off a hunk - I spread just a bit of peanut butter and jam on the still warm bannock oh it was so tasty
